Laurent started his career in EY as auditor in the office of Paris and then in San Francisco. After 7 years, he moved to Alcatel, the French telecom company , where he became Chief Audit Executive, reporting to the Chairman and CEO of the Group. After the merge with Lucent Technology, Laurent was asked to move again to the US, in New Jersey, to take the lead on the new internal audit department of Alcatel Lucent. He managed a team of 120 internal auditors around the world, performing compliance, financial and operational audits. In 2009 he decided to join Sodexo, the global leader in Food and Facility Management Services. Sodexo, which is a French company, is present in 45 countries and has 430,000 employees. It serves 80 million consumers every day in the world. Laurent was the head of Group Internal Audit for 7 years, reporting to the founder and chairman of the board, Mr Bellon. In 2006, he became the Regional CFO of UK & Ireland. He was in London four years, before moving to other financial activities more global and operational. Since 2022, Laurent manages all transactional activities in the Shared Service Centers of Sodexo. He has a team of approximately 900 persons located in Mumbai, Porto and Buffalo. Sodexo is going through a deep transformation regarding Global Business Services and Laurent is managing this project.
