Currently, leading the HR Transformation and heading the Global HR Services & Solutions area, that covers the delivery of a great extension of HR services through Shared Service Centers (SSCs), the management of HR Technology, HR Solutions/PMO and HR Analytics teams, HR budget planning & monitoring and HR related M&A activities.
