Liviu is responsible for service delivery and business development for the IT partner of SGRF, Societe Generale's new retail bank in France. He excels in coaching managers and teams as they transition from traditional service delivery to product management organizational models, all while fostering a client-centric mindset. His expertise also extends to program and project management for mission-critical initiatives in their incubation phase, where he takes a hands-on approach to functional and technical solutions. Liviu’s current initiatives are geared towards company-wide adoption of AI, defining public cloud solutions for data warehousing (lakehouse) and applications and innovating working models within the highly regulated Banking and Financial Services ecosystem.
