Mariana Cervan is an experienced HR Senior Manager at Infineon, part of the People Services Excellence department. In her current role, Mariana owns the global HR service portfolio and performance management, driving continuous improvement and innovation across the company's HR services. She is responsible for the end-to-end management of the HR Service Framework, including defining and regularly reviewing the global HR service offerings, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all regions. With a strong focus on process harmonization and optimization, Mariana works closely with global and regional HR operations teams, service designers, and transition managers to streamline HR processes, ensure standardization, and implement customer-centric solutions. As a Performance Manager, she also leads the development and embedding of performance metrics and SLAs to drive operational excellence, aligning with Infineon's commitment to high-quality service delivery.
