Marta is an executive leader with over 14 years of broad experience in Finance & Accounting, GSS Transformation, Project Management & Process Excellence across global companies as Stanley Black and Decker, Pandora, Avon.
She is currently the Global Manager for Intercompany Record to Report processes in Stanley Black and Decker, a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware. She is responsible for a Global Shared Services Intercompany RTR processes optimization and automation.
Moreover, responsible for co-managing the business process outsourcing (BPO) relationship ensuring high-results performance. In this role she provides business support for RTR Intercompany activities from global centers located in India, Colombia and Poland.
Previously, Marta served as Senior Manager in Process Engineering team responsible for development & sustain the Continuous Improvement (CI) and relevant methodologies e.g., Lean Six Sigma across all areas in Stanley Black & Decker organization. On top of that she has a solid finance and accounting, ERP implementation practice background working in RTR and PTP, FP&A teams.
Marta is an Executive MBA Warsaw School of Economics, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with passion for Continuous Improvement. During free time she likes travelling and practicing yoga.
