With extensive experience of problem solving, team management, change and risk management, I have successfully transformed working capital functions into more efficient, productive operations with a keen focus on adding value. Having worked in a range of industry sectors, I have gained extensive experience in designing and implementing controls to mitigate operational risks and promote best practice. I have successfully reorganised team structures and defined roles and responsibilities with a view to instil a performance-centric and target driven culture. As a result, I was awarded with “Leadership Award” in recognition of people & change management skills in August 2021. At IHG, my role as a Global Process Owner involves driving efficiency, enhancing effectiveness, and achieving alignment with strategic goals.
