My diverse industry experience has equipped me to design and implement controls that mitigate operational risks and promote best practices. I have reorganized team structures to foster a performance-driven culture, earning a “Leadership Award” in August 2021 for my people and change management skills. As a Global Process Owner at IHG, I drive efficiency and align operations with strategic goals. I enjoy hiking, fitness activities, chess, music of all kinds.
