Michele Rochefort is the Chief Executive Officer at AXA Global Business Services (GBS), and President at AXA GO Morocco since June 2022. She is pivotal in driving the transformation of shared services across the AXA Group. She leads this change by crafting and executing the overarching operations strategy, focusing on innovation and operational excellence. Building on the solid foundations of AXA GBS, Michele work towards delivering exceptional value and optimizing performance across the organization, ensuring it achieves its strategic objectives and excels as a key contributor to the global strategy of AXA. In addition to her strategic and operational goals, Michele is also instrumental in cultivating an inclusive culture within the organization with mutual respect and acceptance at its core. Prior to her role with AXA, Michele spent over a decade at Allianz Technology SE, where she held several pivotal roles, including Member of the Board of Management and Executive Management Team, and Head of Group Operations. She is also an IBM alum, being part of the organization as an Associate Partner. With a wealth of experience in driving large-scale global transformations and a deep understanding of the insurance and technology sectors, Michele is dedicated to fostering innovation and efficiency within AXA Global Business Services and AXA GO Morocco. She is passionate about encouraging women to shatter leadership barriers in tech, driving a more inclusive industry. Michele is also an ardent advocate for DEI in the workplace, championing neurodiversity and cancer awareness.
