She drives transformation across AXA Group by crafting and executing operations strategies focused on innovation and excellence. Michele aims to deliver exceptional value and optimize performance, ensuring AXA meets its strategic objectives. Previously, she held pivotal roles at Allianz Technology SE and was an Associate Partner at IBM. Michele is dedicated to fostering innovation, efficiency, and inclusivity, advocating for women in tech, neurodiversity, and cancer awareness.
