I am Cristina-Nicoleta Apetrei, Chief of Staff of the CEO, member of the local executive team and also part of Societe Generale Shared Service Centers (India, Romania, Morocco, Poland ) Leadership team. I am a C-level executive with over 18 years in Global Business Services in various industries – Banking &Financial Services, Automotive, Pharma and in multiple fields – Finance, HR, Customer Services, Banking Operations, IT. As main responsibility in the current role, I act as business chief strategist in building or improving different business operating models (locally or cross regions), cost modelling, strategy definition and execution, offshoring/ nearshoring, change management. I am working as leader to build proactive mindset and relationship with internal and external partners and capturing at the same time the market and competitiveness insights to predict business risks.
