Pooja Mahalakshmi Mohan is a Global Human Resources Leader. Pooja’s fascinating memoir sheds light on her career as a trusted business partner, transforming a large matrix business structure, evolving people strategy, bringing-in a culture of performance excellence and growth. She has led and effectively managed about 20 countries globally - which includes EU work councils. Pooja has been a young successful entrepreneur in managing Mobile Tower Infrastructure Business and held equity working with the investors unlike HR professionals who can turnaround complex start up business.

Pooja has managed different industries which includes Engineering, Information technology and Banking (BFSI) sectors. She has held diverse roles of increasing responsibility in technology transformation, Mergers & Acquisition in strategic deals, Talent & leadership Development, Crisis Management, establishing global business services, Global Mobility & International assignments across various countries like US, UK & Ireland, France, Poland, Germany, Spain, Singapore, India, Korea, China & Dubai. Pooja started her career journey in 2003 and held various roles in companies like Infosys, Chemoil (acquired by Glencore), Bank of America and currently with Software Group of Schneider Electric.

Pooja holds Masters specializing in Human Resources and Strategic Management. She enjoys playing tennis and passionate in investing time to support under privileged Girls Education.
