Head of Service Management GBS Swarovski

Rachel has been the OTC Global Process Owner since the start of the Swarovski Global Business Services Organization in 2018. In her role, she developed & drove the implementation of the end-to-end process strategy, and all it entails: performance metrics, project portfolio & standardization & automation roadmap.

During 2024, Rachel transitioned to the Head of GBS Service Management role while retaining the responsibility for GBS Working Capital Contribution and GBS Performance Management.

Rachel has 20 years of experience in Consumer Goods, in all aspects of OTC: Customer Service, Logistics & Finance. She mainly worked in Switzerland and conducted projects in international locations such as: Brazil, Russia, USA & the UK.

In her spare time, her main interests are travelling, building her LEGO city and reading.
