Rahul is an MBA by qualification and has over 16 years of experience in Shared services. He has In-depth exposure to North Americas, Europe and APAC business environment. He has performed business consulting, outsourcing and process improvement projects for international clients across 30+ countries in CPG, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Automotive, Telecom, Travel industry across the globe. Currently he is heading EMEA Service delivery operations for Avis Budget Group in Budapest. Rahul is regarded as an expert in the field of order to cash, process re-engineering and outsourcing, regularly speaking at industry events on these topics. He worked with various leading outsourcing organizations like Genpact & Convergys and his tenure there he held a variety of roles in business analytics, business development, transitions, quality and operations. He is passionate about his 5 year old son and cooking for him. His other hobbies include travel and cricket.
