Being involved in TRANS4RM / S4 HANA program preparation focused on Manage Business / Global Finance Domain since September 2020, Saskia Poelman holds her position as VP Business Transformation in TRANS4RM since March 2022, She leads the business team of TRANS4RM program and is responsible to drive adoption of standard S4 template within the company, work. Also, Saskia has initiated and led the CFIN acceleration to ensure a stable integrated platform, which technically is live since December 2022. Parallel runs and validation of management reports is scheduled for Q1 and Q2 2023, after which business Go Live is planned. Saskia joined adidas in October 2019 as part of adidas GBS senior leadership team, where she delivered on many standardization programs in accounting and controlling. Before joining adidas Saskia built a sound background in audit, finance, GBS, IT and SCM in companies like Deloitte, Heineken and AkzoNobel. She also built a start-up consulting company, as managing director and she held the CFO position in a tech scale-up in Amsterdam. Saskia has a result driven and people focused leadership style. Saskia is a Dutch national and holds a bachelor in Accounting. Together with her husband Saskia raises a family with 3 sons. Outdoor sports and rebuilding a historical farmhouse in the East of The Netherlands are her favorite leisure activities.
