As Change Delivery Manager I lead the team to lift up GSC operating model. Driven by deep believe that with full commitment from our clients and customers, undisturbed employees’ engagement and by unlocking people potential we do transform the organization towards Digital World Class. I have 20 years of professional career with wide share of experience: from process oriented (transformations, portfolios and programs) to full people focused (global organizational change management). In 2015 I turned to GBS industry, being a team setting up operating model of first Global Service Center of 3M. The journey continues. Since 2020 I am leading the team of experts. securing 3M GSC growth, service excellence and innovation strategy application to enable premium customer experience.
