Since August 2024, as GBS Global Payroll Director, have overseen GBS payroll operations for over 50,000 employees at Boston Scientific, focused on global operational service excellence while ensuring outstanding employee experience. Successfully managed transformation programs, adopting holistic approaches to people, process, technology, and data. Excelled in building high-performing and continuous improvement cultures centered on a ‘people first’ approach.

Throughout his career, provided large-scale operations support across various countries and geographies, demonstrating his expertise in managing complex service delivery organizations. Had a proven track record of driving global initiatives and implementing global business services strategies.

Holds a master’s degree from the University of Economics in Poznan. Enjoys sports, particularly tennis, cycling, and running.
