I am Yanina, GBS Head of Strategy Process and Reporting at IDEXX. Transformation and strategy are my passion. I have a proven track record in defining strategy and portfolio initiatives on both high and operational level, driving change through cross-functional communication on different levels and groups of stakeholders. My experience in building strategic processes have proven to me the importance of collective wisdom in defining the transformation journey for any organization. I love my job as it connects me with people from diverse backgrounds, with different cultural resources, personal and professional experiences. The Global Business Services organization is a new stage for my career, where I connect our strategic goals with business process improvement, digital automation and reporting. We are in the journey to transform GBS into a strategic function, strengthen ownerships of end-to-end processes, lead digitization initiatives, foster internal partnerships and redefine the GBS mandate.
