Workshops

8:30 am - 10:00 am Space Metrics for Optimization โ€“ Benchmarking for Success

There is a desire for better benchmarking metrics that can help fuel smarter decision-making. Together we will discuss how to measure the most efficient use of space and design an agile work environment that allows your workplace to become fully utilized.

Join this workshop to create benchmarks and discuss the best ways to measure use including:

ยท      Cost per person vs. cost per sq foot vs. foot traffic

ยท      Daily peak utilization by space, business  unit, average peak utilization, and frequency of peaks

ยท      Target ratio per building or group, assigned ration per building or group and actual ratio

Hear examples of how data analytics are driving real estate consolidation and how peers are managing and disposing of assets. Take it a step further and brainstorm the best way to determine what to do with your space that is left. How do you balance privacy and collaboration? How can you elevate activity based working spaces in your current footprint?

10:00 am - 10:30 am Networking Break
