Anthony A. Parzanese is a seasoned Corporate Real Estate leader with over18 years of experience and currently serves as the Head of Global Workplace Innovation at Red Hat, Inc. Anthony and team are responsible for creating an inspiring associate and customer experience through the physical workplace. Anthony leads a passionate team that creates and oversees Red Hat’s workplace identity (Work Your Way), Design and Strategy Guidelines & Standards, Workplace Brand, Workplace Furniture Program, and Workplace Experience. 

Prior to leading Workplace Innovation, Anthony served in various leadership roles at Red Hat including, Head of Real Estate & Workplace Strategy for North and South America, Global Program Manager of Space Management, and Senior Strategic Program Manager with CBRE behind Red Hat's Global HQ relocation in Raleigh, North Carolina. 

Prior to relocating from NJ/NY to North Carolina to join the tech sector, Anthony held various CRE positions with some of the premier Investment Banks in NYC, such as: Director of Move Management at Morgan Stanley, Associate Director of Real Estate Planning for the Office of the COO at UBS Investment Bank, and Vice President | Business Real Estate Liaison at Citi Bank. 

Anthony is a graduate of Eastwick College - RETS Institute of Technology.  Since 2011, Anthony now calls North Carolina home, where he resides with his high school sweetheart - wife Kelly, and his two daughters, Madison Kelly and Chelsea Bella.
