Denise Smith is an HR professional with over 26 years of experience in the field. Denise is currently the Director of Human Resources at Metal Finishing Technologies, a metal finishing house that services aerospace and defense sectors and serves as a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility for the Federal Aviation Authority. Denise received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University and earned the designation of Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management. She will also be serving as adjunct faculty at SNHU in early 2023, teaching Human Resource Management classes in the Business Administration department. In addition to her work experience, Ms. Smith also serves as a council member for the Connecticut Business Industry Association’s Employment and Labor Law Council, a member of the Shipman Women’s Alliance, the Bristol Technical Advisory Council, the Capital Area Pipeline Partnership, and the Advanced Manufacturing Employer Partnership.
