Francis brings more than 15 years of start-up industry experience specializing in Workplace Culture, Design and Employee Engagement. He transforms workplace operations into amazing experiences to ensure that the physical environment creates engagement, productivity and avenues to be creative. Francis’ goal is to evolve the physical design of the space to recognize the value of the employee experience. His passion for workplace design development and people empowerment started in New York City where he designed the office spaces of several start up companies and created unique and exciting onboarding processes to increase employee engagement. Moving back to Los Angeles, he was one of the pioneer employees of the breakout brand – Nasty Gal where he was the Director of Office Operations. Francis moved on to working for new and exciting companies like Daily Look (www.dailylook.com), Headspace, Uber West Coast, Honey and most recently the Workplace Experience Manager for Netflix.
