Jeff Martin

Vice President, Workplace Experience Wells Fargo

Jeff Martin is currently supporting workplace experience and change management at Wells Fargo. Jeff is part of the Corporate Properties Group Workplace Experience team and is responsible for consulting and educating both teams and individuals on getting the most of their work environment, whether in-person or virtual. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jeff was the Director of Strategic Space, AWS & Conference Services at TIAA-CREF. He led the Alternative Workplace Strategy (AWS) telecommuting program and was responsible for the company’s overall corporate workplace strategy. In addition, he was in charge of a conference services team which supported meeting rooms and shared workspace. Before joining TIAA-CREF, Jeff was the Director of Workplace Solutions for AOL, Inc, where he was responsible for leading a workplace strategies and services department that managed space, furniture, relocation and facilities information for over 4 million square feet across over 100 locations globally. Jeff earned his MBA from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. His undergraduate degree is in Facility Management, Planning and Design from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has been involved with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) since 1998 and held leadership roles in the Greater Triangle Chapter of IFMA including treasurer and president. Jeff has also served as treasurer & president of the Corporate Facilities Council of IFMA.
