Keith has over 20 years of experience as a Learning, Talent, and Performance professional. He has worked for such iconic brands as Polo Ralph Lauren, Tiffany & Co., and Neiman Marcus. His experience with people development includes onboarding, performance management, succession planning, curriculum development, leadership & management development programs and oversight of both corporate and field learning functions for domestic and global brands. Keith is also one of the pioneers in the use of social collaboration tools as part of an integrated talent management strategy (think Facebook for companies). He is also a frequent speaker at industry events and a contributor to many industry articles. Keith began his career as a United States Marine entering service as an Intelligence Analyst where he was stationed in a variety of assignments that brought him to Korea, Japan, the Philippines, El Salvador, California and The Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. He earned his flight crew wings as a machine gunner with a helicopter squadron in Okinawa and became one of less than 1% of all Marines who earned a certification as a Water Survival Instructor. Though his assignments were varied–the time he spent as a Water Survival Instructor is where he developed his passion for training and helping others. On a related note–Keith has been acting since early childhood and, if you are quick enough with the pause button, you may see him in the movie “Talladega Nights–the Legend of Ricky Bobby. “Keith has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology as well as a master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness. He resides in Utah, while his wife and son are in Texas, and his daughter attends college in DC.
