Nicholaus Lupi, Assoc. AIA, CDT, LEED AP (Pronouns: He/Him) has worked in the Architecture and Owner sides of the industry for over 18 years. With a background as an Architect, Nicholaus has felt it important to bring about change to the owner/client approach with a greater focus on: the experience of the employee within a space, stakeholder education, the design process itself, and innovative strategies. As Principal of Global Workplace Design and Construction at Tripadvisor, Nicholaus is responsible for leading design, construction, capital expenditure, and stakeholder/operational alignment for the global portfolio of office design and construction projects within the Tripadvisor Group of companies. During the last 7+ years at Tripadvisor, Nicholaus has ushered over 150 projects in over 20 countries, 5 continents. Nicholaus resides in Massachusetts with his wife and two young daughters and enjoys traveling with active itineraries, sightseeing, and making sandcastles on the beach with the kids.
