Steve Flint brings over 15 years of experience in human resources strategy, change management, process improvements and execution. Prior to joining Rain, Steve was vice president of human resources at AltruBio, where he focused on building a collaborative and progressive culture to drive scientific and operational success. Before AltruBio, he served as site head of human resources at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for researching, developing and manufacturing sites across multiple locations and led a cross-functional team of HR business partners, labor relations, HR operations, and local talent acquisition. Steve also held numerous human resources leadership roles at Impax Laboratories, Grifols Diagnostics Solutions, Perseid Therapeutics, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, The Salk Institute for Biological Studies, and Dupont Pharmaceutical/Bristol-Myers Squibb. Steve graduated with a BA in management from the University of Phoenix and received his MBA in international management from the University of San Diego.
