A buzzword of our times when it comes to outsourcing is "innovation." For the longest time, this really stood for "discount," says Kevin Campbell. But a shift is now taking place in the market, with the more evolved companies recognizing that innovation requires both a spark as well as collaboration. Above all, it is hard work, says Campbell.
