To assess the impact of the pandemic and gather insights on HR, payroll and managed services, the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) ran a global survey in collaboration with Zellis to ask critical questions about the current and future state of HCM. Throughout this report the responses and key takeaways from the survey are analysed and future opportunities identified.
