The concept of end-to-end (e2e) is an interesting one. If you ask any one person about a process or a service on an e2e basis, you will typically get an incomplete view, based on the fact that that person is limited to the pieces or parts they can see, use, or are aware of. If we ask our IT process partner to talk about e2e, it is robust in describing what is happening in the system but limited by their understanding of what is happening with the User and in service processing.
