Autonomous Operations: The Runway to 100% Straight Through Processing (STP)

This webinar will take place on:
07 November, 2024
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM EST

From completely manual operations to the first COBOL-based mainframe systems, businesses have been pursuing ever higher levels of STP. The world has passed major milestones like the computer, enterprise software (ERP), specialization (SSC, GBS, BPO), statistical process control (6sigma and the like), RPA, and OCR.

We are now standing on the door of the final frontier to 100% STP: Artificial Intelligence.

GBS organizations manage highly complex processes operating at a massive scale. The GBS Mission is to handle all the work that falls out of the STP machine. GBS teams are experts in figuring out what happened;  why a request failed to automatically process. Other teams specialize in identifying root causes and prevention strategies. Process excellence teams then evaluate what the most effective way is to fix it, and implement new process paths. Finally, reporting teams gather data and determine if it’s now working the way it should.

But, these things are changing. AI is here and moving faster than even the experts predicted. Not just genAI and LLMs, but larger fields of AI with a range of capabilities from examining process execution to developing and simulating new/improved processes.

Join experts from Chazey Partners as we explore what this means for GBS organizations, how to prepare for this brave new world, and how to lead your organization in this complex and somewhat scary final frontier.

We will answer key questions on AI-enabled STP:

  1. What does it mean to be AI-capable in business process management?
  2. What are the new components of operating models needed to embrace AI?
  3. How does AI impact ways of working: necessary skills, new functions, and new teams?
  4. What does effective governance and oversight look like for AI-enabled STP?

This webinar will give you the essential components you need to develop a roadmap for AI-enabled operations.

• Setting the vision, strategy, and metrics.

• Coalitions, investment, and talent.

• Practical program integration and management.

• Dealing with friction and change.
