Last week, SSON hosted their largest in-person event, Shared Services & Outsourcing Week North America. With over 1100 shared services and GBS professionals onsite, 200+ thought-leaders and 4 jam-packed days of content, the event was truly a masterpiece.
The event was chaired, as it has been for the last ten years, by ScottMadden's Brad DeMent. As chairman, Brad brought wit, energy, and warmth to the stage. Luckily for SSON, this also meant he was there for all of our plenary presentations. He distilled his learning into a chairman's takeaways for our members to download below.
These key takeaways span:
- Model shifts
- Continuous Improvement
- Upskilling
- Automation
- End-to-End process
- Gen AI
- and much more....
