Steve is the Vice President of Global Shared Services and Assistant Corporate Controller for Brink’s. Before joining Brink’s, Steve served in various leadership roles in the oil & gas, manufacturing, transportation, retail, and technology services industries. Steve has over 25 years of experience leading global teams in accounting, finance, multi-functional shared services, technology, and supply chain for companies like Eaton, Hewlett Packard, Halliburton, Genesys, and Uber. Steve has helped multi-national organizations drive transformation and build high-performance teams focused on innovation, data, analytics, and strong culture. He has established leading centers of excellence, expanded global shared services, delivered end-to-end process remediation, and directed enterprise-wide initiatives including digital transformation. Steve is a graduate of Syracuse University, Whitman School of Management, and holds a professional certification in Internal Audit. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and served fifteen years in the United States Army.

Bradley Killinger is a seasoned executive who assumed the role of President at Sapience Analytics in August 2017, quickly advancing to become CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. At the helm, Killinger has been instrumental in driving the company's global strategy and fostering substantial growth. His passion lies in promoting Sapience Analytics' disruptive technology by effectively communicating its unique value proposition. With a belief in the importance of building a culture that empowers individuals to excel in their roles, Killinger emphasizes the significance of leadership being a guide for success rather than taking on every task. Killinger's leadership philosophy revolves around being a great listener who values the input of both employees and customers. He considers energy, passion, and active listening as essential attributes of great leaders. Prior to Sapience Analytics, Killinger held key global leadership positions at major technology firms, including IBM, Oracle, and Unisys. A graduate of the University of Washington, Killinger is not only dedicated to professional success but also committed to philanthropy. He has been actively involved in community service, particularly through youth sports organizations, he is a staunch supporter of charitable groups aiding U.S. veterans and active military members. Highlighting his commitment to environmental conservation, Killinger is proud of Sapience Analytics' involvement in planting hundreds of trees in Pune, India, contributing to one of the world's largest conservation projects. Killinger resides in McKinney, Texas.
