Andreas Hahn serves as a Supervisory Board member of SAP SE, Chairperosn of the European Works Council at SAP SE and Honorary judge at the Heidelberg Regional Court. With a profound understanding of software industry standards, Andreas has been a pivotal figure in the company's journey through various technological advancements and workforce transformations.
Since joining the Works Council in 2006, Andreas has played a crucial role in advocating for employees' interests. His leadership extended to the Board of ver.di’s SAP group in 2009 and, more recently, he became the Chairman of the European Works Council in 2022. Andreas is also a member of several key Supervisory Board committees, including the Personnel and Governance Committee, and the Product and Technology Committee.

Dr. Uli Erxleben serves as the Founder and CEO of Hypatos, a company based in Berlin and New York that specializes in developing machine learning software for document processing automation. Uli holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, as well as a Ph.D. in Finance from TU Darmstadt. Following his academic achievements, he gained professional experience at McKinsey & Company in Berlin and Palo Alto. Subsequently, Uli served as the Managing Director of Rocket Internet SE in the US and played a key role in overseeing early-stage investments at ProSiebenSat1 SE. Since 2014, he has been an entrepreneur focused on process automation within the finance sector.
