Throughout his career, Edson Alves has led many successful global projects and teams across the world.
Today, he is responsible for LDC Data Technology &Analytics Operations structure, having team members in all regions. Edson has implemented several new processes to streamline our operations, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
Edson is a collaborative leader who believes in empowering his team members to achieve their goals. He values open communication and encourages his team to share ideas and feedback.
