As a part of SSON's 2024 Shared Service and Outsourcing Week, SSON was honored to announce the winners of the 2024 SSON North American Impact Awards.

These awards reflect the admirable work of teams that have surpassed industry standards in their organizational initiatives. From customer service to business resilience, it was wonderful to highlight members of our community who have gone above and beyond.

The sheer quality of the applications compelled us to further showcase this year's winners, and this week we are highlighting the final winner at the North American Awards, BSW Health. The organization won SSON's HR Impact Award and the Process Improvement & Value Creation Award.
