Nick has spent over 25 years leading performance improvement in global companies such as ABB and Anglo American as well as leading consulting firms in this space including WCI Group, Capgemini and private equity firm Sun European Partners. The birth of KaizApp was brought about because of Nick’s own profound experience of seeing first-hand how the use of technology helped people in organisations get better at solving problems. As an operations leader, he has been successful in enabling more leaders to engage more of their people in collaborating on problem solving which led to a sustained culture of continuous improvement and to better financial results. Nick now leads KaizApp and continues to be involved in the development of the product with customers.
Paul learned how to create value through continuous improvement when he was in charge of IBM’s ‘just in time’ manufacturing initiatives in the UK. After learning the consulting ropes at AT Kearney, he then established his own consultancy World Class International (now WCI Group). He grew WCI to £63m (consulting and IT services sales revenue) and 350 staff and then sold part of the business to Private Equity in 2002. Paul founded Equiteq LLP in 2005 and has been instrumental in helping many clients to prepare and become ready for a liquidity event.
With a degree in economics from Karlstad University, Kjetil’s expertise is grounded in over three decades in business in all its phases, as an entrepreneur and by serving over 100 C-level clients and Management in over 25+ countries on five continents.
During his career, Kjetil has served private and public clients and facilitated significant change programmes in companies, which have led to exponential performance development. He is a former Principal Associate and Professional Director at the Adizes Institute, and he pioneered online education by founding Management Vitality in the mid ‘90s, a managerial training company and the University of Fredericton in 2005 one of the first fully online, accredited, degree-granting universities in the world.
My role as Head of SSON Digital is to research, execute and host exciting podcasts, online conferences and webinars for the SSON community around the world. I also oversee the SSON Digital portal which hosts digital content including reports, white papers and articles. I've been with SSON since 2012 and spent 8 years producing large-scale summits and smaller conferences on topics such as AI, robotics, capital markets, HR, customer experience and leadership in Asia, Europe and North America.

She is an author and speaker on AI, predictive analysis and emerging technology and was voted one of Thinkers Top 10 thought leaders in this space.
