Over six weeks into a global shut down, and most of the world is either in, or planning to come out of, an unprecedented lockdown of non-essential businesses.

Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing teams are working from home with laptops. Collaboration, fueled by technology, is keeping vital business processes running. Bandwidth challenges have for the most part been solved.
